Last autumn, just before closing up for the winter, I discovered that rodents had gotten into the wall of my vacation home by prying the flashing on a roof vent. I was desperate to get it repaired before winter. Stew came by very promptly, repaired the area and inspected the entire roof, making sure there were no other openings.
